Salt & Pepper
Located on the ground floor next to the pool, the Salt & Pepper restaurant offers breakfast service and complete or light meals for lunch and dinner. For guests who choose to stay with us on a half-board or full-board basis, a daily menu with three options for starters, main course and dessert will be served at each meal. This menu varies daily at lunch and dinner, guaranteeing a diverse and stimulating gastronomic experience.
For guests who wish to spend the day at the pool, the restaurant offers a menu of various snacks and refreshing drinks.
The gastronomic experience at Salt & Pepper restaurant begins with the breakfast buffet, which includes a selection of local, homemade bakery and pastry options, both sweet and savoury, as well as a selection of cereals. In the cold section, we offer a variety of fruits, simple or composed salads, yogurt, milk, and fruit juices.
At breakfast, you will also find a hot dishes section with boiled and fried eggs, bacon, sausages, traditional Cabo Verde chorizo, sautéed vegetables, delicious pancakes and caramelized fruits.
In addition, the buffet has several extras to finish your favourite combinations, such as flower honey and locally produced sugar cane syrup, dried and crystallized fruits, butter and jams, among others. In case of dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance (preferably 48 hours) so we can prepare suitable breakfast options for your diet.
For lunch and dinner, service is à la carte with an extensive menu that includes traditional and signature dishes by Chef Cleidir Santana, as well as international cuisine options.
